Area A is owned by the Department for Transport for use by the Maritime & Coastguard Agency (MCA). Areas B, C & D are owned by South East England Development Agency (SEEDA)

Areas B & C house aviation related businesses and hangarage for clubs, groups and individuals from the local community. All of these tenants require access to the area A to continue their established use. Area D is to be redevloped for commercial use.
